I noticed your review was left for our Murphy Lane location, but Dollie is one of our Vine Crest guests, so I wanted to reach out personally. I apologize that you have been frustrated the past couple of times with the timeframe on Dollie’s grooming. On average, a full groom takes about four hours, though it can be a bit shorter or longer depending on the groomer’s day. Each groomer has the same set time slots every day, but the timing often depends on the dogs on the schedule. There are so many things that can alter the average time of the day in completing scheduled appointments. A dog could not be fully comfortable with the grooming process, or their coat could need a little bit more TLC. When this happens, it can slow things down and push the rest of the schedule back slightly. Our grooming process is done in stages: first, we bring your pup back to one of our grooming kennels. When it’s their turn, a bather will bathe them and hand-dry them with a forced-air dryer. Not all pups are at ease with the forced dryer, which can prevent us from fully drying their coat right away. In those cases, we place them in a kennel dryer that provides gentle airflow while they relax. Once they’re dry and it’s their turn on the schedule, the groomer completes the grooming. After the groom is finished, we send …

That is certainly not our standard. After searching for the reason behind this mistake, I figured out that we had made a typing error with your email address.
